On the selection committee was Clark LaBlond of The Legends of Real Estate, Mario Gonzalez of Navy to Navy Homes LLC, and Tiea Vincent of NXT Level Real Estate. LaBlond will chair the Leadership Academy in 2023. Gonzalez will serve as vice chair.
NEFAR’s Leadership Academy is a rigorous, yearlong program that is designed to train emerging leaders in how to become more involved in NEFAR activities. Through the program candidates will learn to grow their businesses, expand their leadership skills, develop a sense of camaraderie with their peers, and make a difference within the extended real estate community.
