Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource

Prepare for the next real estate cycle. Earn the Short Sales and Foreclosures designation.

In today’s extreme sellers’ market where inventory is at historic lows and properties in all price ranges are flying off the shelf, it is hard to envision a time when having a knowledge of short sales and foreclosures might come in handy. Yet, understanding the cyclical nature of the real estate market it is prudent to be prepared by taking the Short Sales and Foreclosures designation course presented by the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS®.

“For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures are the new “traditional” real estate transaction. Knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as being able to help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good skills to have in today’s market – they are critical. And while short sales and foreclosures are not for the faint of heart, agents with the proper tools and training can use these specialty areas to build their businesses for the long term.” — Cynthia DeLuca, SFR instructor
