Northeast Florida Association of Realtors Supports Candidates For Neptune Beach City Council

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors' (NEFAR) Board of Directors voted to support Patrick Krechowski (Seat 4) and John Jolly (Seat 5) for election to the Neptune Beach City Council. "Both of these candidates offer professionalism and business expertise that will be beneficial to the Council," said NEFAR President Carol Hill. As an attorney, Patrick Krechowski's direct experience dealing with environmental, land use and zoning issues has abundantly prepared him with the knowledge and understanding to evaluate issues and make sound decisions. John Jolly's financial expertise will be a tremendous asset to the citizens of Neptune Beach as the City faces the economic challenges of the years ahead. The addition of a CPA in John Jolly to the City Council also helps ensure a comprehensive and responsible budget process.

The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors provides professional development, political advocacy, professional standards administration, communications and media relations, and promotional activities and exchange of information among its members. NEFAR serves as the voice for real estate in northeast Florida; serving the public through efforts to protect private property rights and community affairs programs.
