A rising star in the real estate industry, NEFAR member Christian Oliva of Watson Realty Corp., has been selected as one of 50 finalists from a pool of 300 applicants in REALTOR® Magazine’s 2023 30-Under-30 class. The National Association of REALTORS® called the group of finalists, “innovative, determined, and selfless.”
Including Christian, five of the 50 finalists hailed from Florida.
“It is a privilege to be recognized among my peers who share the same dedication, professionalism, and love for real estate. As REALTORS®, there is so much we can do to improve our industry not only for ourselves, but also for consumers. Every day, we help our clients make life changes, build wealth, and gain independence, and we cannot take that for granted,” Christian said.
As a finalist, Christian is eligible to become the magazine’s web-choice award winner, which is a separate honor from being named as one of the 30 in the class. The web winner is selected by getting the most online votes during a seven-day period that ends at noon on Friday, March 31. NEFAR members are encouraged to go online and vote for Christian as many times as they can each day.
The winner of the Web Choice Award is guaranteed a spot in 2023’s 30-Under-30 class. They will also receive special recognition through an online REALTOR® Magazine article.
