Do you find the Supra eKEY® a mystery to operate? Help is on the way.
Beginning in July 2021, Supra is introducing several levels of agent and broker training for its eKEY® customers.
Included in the training are emails to forward to members and monthly training videos. Those who participate in all the sessions in their entirety will be entered in a prize drawing.
Also offered is an Agent Training Resource Page for a “one-stop” experience. Agents can enter a monthly drawing from the resource page located here.
Free live Zoom trainings for the different levels are held at 11:30 a.m. on each of the training days.
eKEY Basic Essentials:
This training is to learn how to manage your key box with the eKEY app and will help you understand how to set listing access hours, customize shackle codes, and track key-box inventory. Zoom meetings will be held Tuesday, July 13; Thursday, July 15; Tuesday, August 10; Thursday, August 12; Tuesday, September 14; and Thursday, September 16.

eKEY Pro training:
Training in eKEY’s professional features that enhance real estate listings and the showing process with additional features that add efficiency and productivity to the eKEY® app. Zoom training sessions will be held on Tuesday, July 27; Thursday, July 29; Tuesday, August 24; Thursday, August 26; Tuesday, September 28 and Thursday, September 30.
