If you have an interest in applying to serve on NEFAR’s Grievance Committee, please review the linked information below, making sure that you meet all the necessary criteria, and submit your Application, Acknowledgment of Commitment, and letter of recommendation no later than Friday, September 22, 2023, as directed on the bottom of the Application form.
The function of the Grievance Committee is to evaluate ethics complaints and arbitration requests to determine if the Ethics Complaint, taken as true on their face, warrants an Ethics Hearing before the Professional Standards Committee, if a Citation should be issued, or if a Request and Agreement to Arbitrate is over an arbitrable matter and an arbitration should be conducted.
If you have an interest in applying to serve on NEFAR’s Professional Standards Committee, and have the required prior Grievance Committee experience, please submit your Application and Acknowledgment of Commitment by the aforementioned deadline.
If you have any questions, please contact Susan Rodehaver, NEFAR’s Professional Standards Administrator, at 904-394-9137
