Sharee Lynn Charboneau
September 19, 1963 – August 10, 2023
NEFAR was sorry to hear of the death of longtime NEFAR member Sharee Lynn Charboneau on August 10. Ms. Charboneau, who was the designated REALTOR at Veterans United Realty, passed away peacefully on the morning of August 10 while in hospice care after losing her fight with leukemia.
Ms. Charboneau began her real estate career after retiring from the United States Navy as a Chief Petty Officer. She joined NEFAR 24 years ago in 1999.
As a REALTOR who worked with military personnel, she held the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, which she earned in 2017.
Ms. Charboneau was best known for her incredible memory, the effortless way she seemed to handle all problems,” said Maria Deeds of United Veterans Realty. “She gave awesome advice and had courage, determination, and a zest for living,” Deeds remembered, recalling her happy smile and infectious laugh. “Sharee was a kind, giving, loving, spirited, and outspoken woman who loved life.”
