Marcia Muir Good
October 31, 1932 – May 31, 2022
It is with great sadness that NEFAR has learned of the death of Marcia Muir Good, a REALTOR® who formerly worked for ERA Davis & Linn in Jacksonville. Ms. Good passed away on May 31, 2022, at the age of 89.
A longtime member of NEFAR, Ms. Good was a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Florida for more than 35 years. She began her long and successful career at Coldwell Banker in May 1979. In November of 1993, Ms. Good came to work for ERA Davis & Linn, a real estate agency where she spent the balance of her career until her retirement in July 2014.
“She was an honorable, honest, and the most softly direct agent I can ever remember,” said Jim Linn, vice president at ERA Davis & Linn. “She could evaluate a home and its market value more correctly and to the market dollar better than anyone I have ever known.”
Ms. Good was an active participant in NEFAR activities and served whenever her REALTOR® association called upon her, whether it was for a donation or to participate in NEFAR annual luncheons and award meetings. She was a top producer during her tenure and, as a veteran REALTOR®, was a friend to many, said Martha Chapman, senior operations director of ERA Davis & Linn.

A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022, from 1 pm to 2 pm at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 11665 Fort Caroline Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32225. A committal service will be held the same day from 2:30 pm to 3 pm at the Chapel Hills Memory Gardens, 850 St Johns Bluff Rd. N, Jacksonville, FL 32225. A reception immediately following the Mass will be held at Marcia Good’s home, 4945 Motor Yacht Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
