The four-part series is sponsored by Florida Realtors in conjunction with Freddie Mac’s Single-Family Division – Office of Client and Community Engagement and the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. Part 1: State of the Housing Market, Future Homebuyer Trends and Business Solutions
The first webinar "State of the Housing Market, Future Homebuyer Trends and Business Solutions," will take place on Thursday, April 14, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. During the webinar, presenters Monica La Crue and James Hall will take a deep dive into Freddie Mac data, products, and resources as they cover the latest economic market trends, changing home buyer demographics, and practical business solutions that can help REALTORS® grow their businesses in 2022.

Part 2: Team Up with Florida Housing Finance Corporation
The second webinar will take place on Thursday, May 19 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. The topic will be "Team Up with Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC)." Presented by James Hall and Mark Pease, the program will demonstrate how housing finance authorities have a vital role in making home ownership a reality for many underserved communities. Through the program, REALTORS® will learn about the local resources and products Freddie Mac and the Florida Housing Finance Corporation provide to home buyers within the community. Also covered will be down payment and closing cost resources for buyers.

Part 3: Discover the Possibilities with Home Possible® Mortgages and HomeOne®
The third webinar, "Discover the Possibilities with Home Possible® Mortgages and HomeOne®," will be held on Thursday, June 23 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. James Hall will be the presenter.
The program will discuss Freddie Mac’s conventional low-down payment offering – Home Possible® and how it is expanding homeownership opportunities for borrowers with low to moderate income and very low-income homebuyers. HomeOne®, Freddie Mac’s conventional low-down payment solution for First-Time Homebuyers, will also be covered.

The fourth and final webinar is entitled, "ChoiceRenovation & GreenChoice: How Energy Efficiency and Renovation Products are leading the way for new homeowners." It will be presented on Thursday, July 21 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am by Sandra Heidinger and James Hall.
Mortgage readiness, affordability, inventory, and aged housing stock create great challenges in the marketplace for first-time homebuyers. The program will discuss how Freddie Mac’s ChoiceRenovation? and GreenCHOICE? can be used as solutions to reach more buyers.
