NEFAR's Board of Directors has voted to increase Realtor member dues by $50, for upcoming 2020 annual dues. There is no increase for affiliate / business partner members. There are also no 2020 increases for Florida Realtors or National Association of Realtors.
This decision was reached after extensive discussion and consideration. A primary reason for the increase is that NEFAR has not had a dues increase in 15 years, despite greatly rising costs. The increase is also to assure that provided services remain at the same level.
To maximize your dues investment, take advantage of NEFAR services, including a robust education program. A wide array of courses are offered to keep you abreast of current real estate knowledge and trends. The majority of courses are provided to members at no additional cost and are included in your dues! Additional benefits and services are detailed in the Member Benefits area of this website; login to the Members Only section.
Dues were invoiced via email to all members on Dec. 2. Paper invoices are not issued. Invoices are emailed to the address in your NEFAR member record (your NEFAR member record is separate from NEFMLS records).
Dues are payable on Jan. 1. Late fees are applied to unpaid accounts as follows:
Jan. 11 - $25 late fee
Feb. 1 - Member services are terminated. A reinstatement fee of $150 is applied in addition to dues.
Feb. 20 - A reinstatement fee of $250 is applied, and a $30 Florida Realtors processing fee, in addition to dues.
