NEFAR Announces Candidate Recommendations for Putnam County
JACKSONVILLE, FL - The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors' (NEFAR) Board of Directors announces candidate recommendations for the upcoming elections. Members of NEFAR's Candidate Screening Task Force interviewed candidates for the Florida Legislature in March and candidates for Putnam County local races on July 9 - 10. "Challenging economic times call for strong leadership from our elected officials," said NEFAR President Bonnie Siecker. "We believe that these individuals possess the credentials and experience necessary to lead Putnam County in the right direction."
NEFAR recommends the following candidates for election:
Florida Legislature
Florida Senate District 1 - Tony Hill
Florida House District 21 - Linda Myers
Putnam County
Putnam County Sheriff - Dean Kelly
Putnam County Commission, District 1 - Nancy Harris
Putnam County Commission, District 3 - Kenny Eubanks
Putnam County Commission, District 5 - Brad Purcell
Putnam County School Board, District 2 - Terry Wright
Putnam County School Board, District 3 - Lisa Parsons
Putnam County Superintendent of Schools - David Buckles
