Realtor Association Offers Housing Stimulus Plan - Urges Congress For Passage

The National Association of Realtors has offered Congress a plan to reinvigorate the housing market and is calling on Congress to act during a lame-duck session. The plan features consumer-friendly provisions, including eliminating the repayment of the first-time homebuyer tax credit and more.
